We are all connected on this planet and we want to continue to do our part as we deliver the best products to you.  Our planets natural resources are precious and should be protected.  We value your attention to detail and researching the best foods not only toconsume but how they are sourced.  We make our best efforts to research all of our sources and their practices to be transparent and the highest integrity.  We source our Wild and Responsibly & Sustainably Farmed Fish from the Oceans and only through Local Captains, Companies, Importers who also share our values and uphold the highest standards.  Responsibly and Sustainably farmed Fish are used in the highest end restaurants and has radically changed over the years through data-based research and highly controlled practices.  We love and support our Wild resources but believe we can only take enough not to harm the future of those resources.  We Love questions and please send us any thoughts or questions and we will get you answers anytime!
