Using a Blend of Woods we are able to Bring out that great Salmon or Halibut Flavor and give you that Wood Smoked Flavor you crave!

Once Smoked, each portion of fish is rested and then Raw honey is added for Re-hydration and to finalize the blend of Smoke and Fish.
