Each fillet is portioned and prepared in our 24 hour Signature Brining process. This process is critical for the Wood Smoke to really give you the Smokey Flavor.
The Salmon and Halibut are then made Ready for the Smoking process. This is a meticulous process but ensures the quality of each piece.
Using a Blend of Woods we are able to Bring out that great Salmon or Halibut Flavor and give you that Wood Smoked Flavor you crave!
Once Smoked, each portion of fish is rested and then Raw honey is added for Re-hydration and to finalize the blend of Smoke and Fish.
Each Portion is carefully Vacuum sealed for freshness and ready to eat! You can eat cold or warm for 30 seconds!. Add it to your salad, rice bowl, main course, or however you want!
